Q: The item pictured looks like it is a different color than the description says it is, what color is it?
A: The item pictured sometimes may not look exactly the same color as mentioned in its title and description. Due to the monitor settings, brightness and contrast of an image, the item sometimes may not look exactly the same color as it originally is. We at Manomay try our best to show the picture that best matches the item when seen in person. while deciding to buy an item based on color please look for the item's Color field to know the exact color details.
Q: Do you have a return/exchange policy?
A: We do not have return policy on Jewelry items. However we do offer an exchange of a jewelry item if the new item that is to be exchanged is the same or more price of the previous purchased item. To make an exchange request please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will try our best to help you.
Q: I live in another country, can you ship to me?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world! All International shipping is processed via USPS (United States Post Office). Shipping charges are calculated based on your country and the number of items in your cart. It ranges from a minimum of $10 to a maximum of $15
At check out you will find a Shipping estimator under caption "ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX". Enter your country, state and zip and click on "Get Quote". Your shipping rate will be calculated and displayed. You can then choose that option and your total invoice will get updated.
Q: Are Item in your shop are ever “Backordered” ?
A: Backordereding is not supported at Manomay since many customers dont like to be charged for an item that wont be available immediately to them. However we try to restock all items in regular intervals and if you really would like to purchase an item that is currently not in stock, please contact us and let us know. We will try and get that for you as soon as possible !!!
Q: I am not sure what size an item is, how do I find that out?
A: We have measurement details for every item that we sell. Please look for the "Measurement" field when viewing the details of the interested item. Necklaces, Bracelets and earrings will have the measurement mentioned in inches. Pendant necklaces will also indicate the measurement of the pendant/charm used in the necklace. Finger rings will have the ring size and if it is adjustable or not. For focal finger rings we also mention the charm/finger pad's dimensions.
Q: What methods of payment do you take?
A: We accept the following methods of payment.
Since Paypal is one of the most reliable and secure payment processors, our customers feel comfortable making their purchase. On the checkout page once you fill in your billing and shipping info, you will be asked to "Place Order". Once you click on "Place Order" you will be redirected to Paypal page where you can complete the payment either by logging into your paypal account or choosing the option "Dont have paypal account, use credit/debit card". After choosing the option you will review and confirm you order. Once order is confirmed you will be redirected to our Manomay Jewelry site back where you can continue shopping. If you are familiar with Etsy.com and have shopped from there, the check out process in Manomay works very similar to Etsy.
Once you click on "Place Order" you will be redirected to Paypal page where you can complete the payment either by logging into your paypal account or choosing the option "Dont have paypal account, use credit/debit card".
After choosing the option you will review and confirm you order. Once order is confirmed you will be redirected to our Manomay Jewelry site back where you can continue shopping.
We accept Check as one of the mode of payment for customer flexibility. We received a lot of request from customers to accept check since many of them do not have a paypal account or they are not willing to use their credit and debit card. In case of check, items will be shipped to you only after the check is cashed.
Q: If I pay for overnight shipping, will I get my order tomorrow?
A: We offer overnight shipping for US address only, however please note that shipping rates for Overnight shipping are more expensive than a regular shipping. (Sometimes may even cost more than the item you are trying to purchase) If you would like to choose overnight shipping you can choose that option at check out and the item will be shipped via FED EX overnight.
Q: Do you hold items?
A: Yes, we hold items for 48 hours from the time requested. However our site does not have the option of "Holding" items from the catalog page. In case you would like an item to be held for you please contact us here. If we do not hear from you in 48 hours or you have not purchased the item within 48 hours we release the hold for that item.
